Frozen Bubble Lemonade

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 tsp fruit tea blend “Bitter Lemonade”, item no. 21141
  • 200 ml boiling water
  • 1-2 tsp sugar - to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp tapioca pearls, Item No. 18610-250 
  • 50 ml blackcurrant juice
  • 50 ml blackcurrants
  • Ice cubes
  • Sparkling water

Preparation:

Add the tapioca pearls to boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes. Leave to infuse for another two minutes with the lid on. Then cool with cold water. Meanwhile, pour 200 ml of boiling hot water over the tea along with the sugar and leave to steep for at least 10-12 minutes. Add the juice, berries and ice cubes. A dash of sparkling water can be added if desired.

Bitter Lemonade

Una gran y fresca combinación de trozos de piña confitada, trozos de manzana agria, gránulos de limón y cáscaras grandes de limón liofilizada, ofrecen una mezcla de sabor fino, agrio y ligeramente dulce que recuerdan a una limonada amarga. Las grosellas liofilizadas proporcionan un contraste brillante. Disfrute del sabor de nuestra sofisticada y agradable mezcla de limón amargo.

Superfruit: grosella

cubos de piña (piña, azúcar, acidulante: ácido cítrico), pedacitos de manzana acidulada (manzana, acidulante: ácido cítrico), granulado de limón liofilizado (maltodextrina, fruto (zumo de limón), aceite natural de limón, gelificante: alginato de sodio), cáscara de limón liofilizada, grosella roja liofilizada, aroma.
Importante: Siempre echar agua hirviendo y dejar infusionar por 5-10 minutos. Sólo de ésta manera obtendrá un alimento seguro

  •  10-12 minutos dejar reposar
  • 100 °C temperatura del agua
  • 4-5 cucharillas colmadas/ 1 litro

These pearls are the star of any Bubble-Tea creation. Made of the brown-coloured root of the manioc plant, the mild and slightly sweet tapioca pearls mainly consist of starch. After only 5 minutes in boiling water, our pearls develop into black bubbles. Combine them with teas of your choice and other fun ingredients to make individual and creative Bubble-Tea beverages, such as Bubble Mango Punch, Frozen Bubble Berry or Caramel Bubble Latte.

Instant starch pearls made of manioc

Preparation instructions:
Bring 10 cups of water per 1 cup tapioca pearls to boil in a large pot. Slowly add the tapioca pearls to the water. Stir gently. Wait until the tapioca pearls are floating at the surface of the water. Cover the pot. Boil for 2-3 min. at medium heat. (The longer the pearls boil, the softer they become). Turn off the heat and steep for another 2-3 min. Remove the tapioca pearls and leave them in cold water for 20 seconds. Place the tapioca pearls in a dry bowl and add sugar or honey. Consume within 4 hours after cooking.

Storage instruction:
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. After opening keep refrigerated and use as soon as possible.
