Preparation:


Brew the fruit tea blend with 1 litre of boiling water, add the sugar and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Leave it to cool down completely. Blend the raspberries with the watermelon, the squeezed lemon juice, the cold tea and the crushed ice for approximately 1 minute in the mixer on the highest setting. Decorate with mint leaves and enjoy. If you don‘t have a blender, you can also use a hand blender to create a puree of the raspberries and melon and then blend in the tea, lemon juice and crushed ice.

Cocktail Tip: GIN

Prepare the slushie as described above and add 100 ml of Gin. Perfect on a warm summer evening!

  • 5-6 heaped tsp. fruit tea blend
  • "Raspberry/Woodruff", Item No. 21413
  • 5-6 tsp. sugar to your liking
  • 500 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • crushed ice
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint
