Preparation:

Brew the fruit tea blend with 1 litre of boiling water, add the sugar and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes or crushed ice and pour in the tea. Leave it to cool down completely. Add the currant juice. Put the fresh or frozen berries/ fruit pieces in the ice lolly moulds and pour in the tea/juice blend. Add the lid and put it into the freezer for one day. If you don‘t have any ice lolly moulds, you can also use regular ice cube forms and will always have refreshingly fruity ice cubes ready to be enjoyed with simple mineral water.

  • 5-6 heapted tsp. fruit tea blend

  • 5-6 tsp. sugar to your liking
  • 500 ml currant juice
  • berry mix (fresh or frozen)
  • ice cubes
  • ice lolly moulds (approx. 20)
