Preparation:

Brew 1 litre of the fruit tea blend with boiling water and let steep for at least 15 minutes. Wait until it is completely cooled down, then pour the cold tea, ice cubes and raspberries in a blender and blend on the highest setting. Add sugar to your liking. Decorate with mint leaves and enjoy!
For the preparation without an electric blender: Wait until the raspberries start to thaw, then squash into a puree. Add the puree, tea and ice cubes or crushed ice into a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Ice Cold Tip: FROZEN ROSÉ

Prepare the iced tea as described above and add 200 ml rosé wine. The perfect drink for any garden party!

Raspberry/Cherry Comp(l)ote

A strong, full-bodied fruit tea with delicious aromas of fresh raspberries and crisp, ripe cherries. Creamy, nutty and fruity-sweet, exotic aromas round off the flavour harmoniously. A large helping of freeze-dried banana pieces adds a light, fruity sweetness to this tea blend.

Important: Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage

  •  10-12 minutes brewing time
  • 100 °C water temperature
