Preparation:

Brew 1 litre of the fruit tea blend with boiling water and let steep for at least 15 minutes.  Wait until it is completely cooled down, then pour the cold tea and the ice cubes into a blender and blend for at least 1 minute. Decorate with lemon slices and mint leaves and enjoy.
For the creamy-sweet shake version, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream per glass of cold fruit tea blend Lemon-Tarte and blend well.

Sweet Extra Tip: LIQUOR

Later in the day, try adding some vanilla liquor to either of the two varieties for a very special, sweet
indulgence. A tempting and elegant flavour combination.

  • 10 heaped tsp. fruit tea blend "Lemon Tarte", Item No. 21333
  • 1 organic lemon
  • fresh mint leaves
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream (optional)
  • crushed ice or ice cubes
